  • The call log

Calls in the top bar. One page across all your profiles: what is coming at the top, what has happened below. The same two tables for a single profile are in its menu under Calls.

    0:00 / --:--

The top table is the plan, the bottom one the history — and a recording plays straight from the row.

    Upcoming calls

The nearest time of every slot in every schedule, across your profiles. The columns: the time, the profile, and how many questions that call will ask.

This is where you see whether the setup is finished. If the table is empty, it is almost always one of two things:

    • the profile's telephone number is not verified — no calls are scheduled for it at all,
    • the schedule has no question attached.

The plan recomputes itself. If the called person withdraws consent, or the number changes, the scheduled calls disappear from here.

    Past calls

Calls made to all your profiles, newest first. The columns: start, profile, status, duration and recording.

This table is the view by call. For the view by question — how one value moved over time — open the question's results.

    Statuses

Why a call failed is read from what the phone network reports, and it is an estimate: the network never says "rejected" or "switched off" outright. A call taken by voicemail counts as unanswered and is not charged.

When an unanswered call is tried again and how callbacks work is described in How a call goes. Under the status of a call you can see which call it follows up and when it was or will be called again.

    The recording

The Recording column carries the length and a play button. It plays straight in the browser; downloading it is done from the question's history.

The recording and transcript are kept for 12 months from the call and then deleted. After that the button is replaced by "deleted" and a date. The quotation on the answer stays.

A recording shorter than the call means the length limit cut the record off.

    Listening is recorded

Opening a recording, and releasing a quotation, are both written down. It is not a check on you — it is the proof for the case where the called person asks who heard their voice. Those records are kept for 24 months.

    A dispute or complaint

If a dispute or complaint is running on a call, write to info@querybeam.eu before the twelve-month period expires and we will hold the recording and transcript for as long as the matter runs. After the period it is no longer possible — the record is irreversibly deleted and cannot be brought back.
